Two 8 oz blocks cream cheese room temperature
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (not the dip mix, it is not good)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 small packages pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix until well blended. (I use the dough hooks on my electric mixer.) Then mix in the cheddar, mixing as little as possible to get it evenly distributed: pick up and form into a big old ball. Spread the pecans on the wrap you plan to refrigerate it in, pressing them into the sides and roll it around until covered.
