1 c. soft butter
1 c. confectioner's sugar
2 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and sugar.
Mix in flour with your hand to crumb stage.
Pat firmly in 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 325º for 40 minutes. It will be slightly browned around edges.
Cut into 2 x 1/2 inch bars while still very warm.
