Ingredients:  
2 lbs. yellow squash or zucchini (chopped into small pcs.)
1 carrot, diced fine
2 sm. onions or 1 med, chopped
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb flavored)
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together; except stuffing . Melt 1/2 stick margarine or butter in 2 8x8 baking dishes (recipe makes 2). Add ingredients already mixed together and press evenly into dishes. Top w/stuffing.

Bake at 350º for 30-45 mins. or until golden brown.
