Meatballs
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 T. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper

Sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water

Chili cheese Biscuits
1 1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 egg, unbeaten
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the meatball ingredients and mix well. Shape by tablespoon into meatballs. Brown. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Place in 2 1/2 qt. casserole.
In a pan, combine the sauce ingredients. Heat until steaming. Pour over meatballs. Top with biscuits
Sift the flour, baking powder, chili powder, and salt. Cut in the shortening
Combine egg with evaporated milk. Add to dry ingredients. Stir.
Knead on floured surface 10 times.
Roll out to a 12 inch square. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese and parsley. Roll up; cut into eight slices. Place on top of meatballs and sauce.
Bake at 400º for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
