1 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. oil
2/3 chopped onion
1 T. mustard
1 T. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1/4 c.. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place oil in frying pan, add meat and brown over a medium flame. Break or mash with a fork while browning. Add onion, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper to mixture after it is browned. Add a can of chicken gumbo soup and water to the mixture. Mix well. Turn flame to low and steam for 5 to 10 minutes. Season to taste. Spoon onto buttered buns.
Serves 10 to 12.
