8-9 lb. Turkey
Thyme
Pepper
Salt
Chopped Onions & Garlic
Butter
Sailor Jerry Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter, thyme, salt, pepper and Rum to use basting the bird. Fill the cavity with chopped onions and garlic. Put a little bit of water in the bottom of your roasting pan. Cook at 325 degrees for about 3 hours or until done. Baste about every 30 minutes or so.

Remember - don't cook with any rum you're not willing to drink! This is a delicious bird!
