2 C. 13 Bean Mix
1 Bone in Ham
10 C. Water
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Bay Leaf
1 1/2 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 1/2 tbsp. Parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. Basil
1 1/2 tbsp. Oregano
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Large Onion, chopped
2-3 Stalks Celery, chopped
3 Carrots, sliced
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Wash beans and soak overnight. Place ham bone in a large pot with water and cook until meat falls off the bone. Pull the meat off the bone, cut up and place the broth and meat in refrigerator to cool (24 hours is best). Skim the fat. Cook beans in water until almost tender, drain. Add beans, meat broth and all other ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until done.
