2 cans Double Q salmon
1 c. chopped sweet pickle relish, not drained
5 boiled eggs, chopped
5 ribs of celery, washed & chopped
about 1/4 c. Duke's mayonnaise (or more to taste)
lettuce ready on plate
paprika for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, take out black skin and break meat into pieces. Place into large bowl.
Add pickle relish, eggs, celery, and mayo, and mix well.
Place on lettuce and garnish with paprika.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
