1/3 C butter
4 eggs
1 C milk
1 C flour
1 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 400 degree oven in large casserole dish. Combine eggs, milk, flour and sugar in blender. Pour over butter in hot casserole dish. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Sift powdered sugar over top and sprinkle with lemon or orange juice...or roll up with hot fruit pie filling.
