1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 pkg. frozen spinach
salt & pepper
10 -12 lasagna noodles
garlic
1 egg
1 lb. chopmeat (I use meatloaf mix & sweet
sausage)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. mozzarella
marinara sauce (yours or 1 jar)

Spread sauce on bottom of pan. Cook lasagna to al dente, drain, cut in half. Saute onions and garlic with meat. Remove from pan. Cook spinach and drain well. Add to meat mixture. Add bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill each noodle with a heaping tbsp. of mixture. Roll up and place on sauce. Slice mozzarella and put on each noodle. Cover with some sauce. Cover with foil and bake 35 mins. in a preheated 350º oven.
