3 large onions
3 stalks chopped celery
2 chopped bell pepper
3 sticks of butter
1/4 cup flour
4 pods do garlic chopped
1 tbs parsley
1 lb fresh Fettuccine ( cooked)
Parmesan cheese
3 lbs crawfish
1 pint of half & half
1 lb Velveeta cheese
Salt , pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter , sauté first 3 ingredients for 15 min. Add flour, cook 5 min stirring frequently. Add half & half, cheese, garlic and seasoning, add crawfish. Cook 15 min and pour over fettuccine. Bake 20 to 25 min at 350 degrees
