1 lb Ground Beef
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 12 oz can Refried Beans, warmed slightly for ease of spreading
2 C Shredded lettuce
1-2 C Sour Cream
1-2 C Salsa
1-2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
any additional toppings you might like (olives, green chilies, etc.)
1 Large Bag of Nacho Chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and mix in taco seasoning, drain and cool slightly.
2. On a large round tray, spread the refried beans.
3. Layer the ground beef over the beans.
4. Layer the shredded lettuce on top of beef.
5. Carefully spread dollops of sour cream over the lettuce and spread to cover.
6. Place a layer of shredded cheese next.
7. On the top spread a layer of salsa.
8. If you want it to look fancy, you can make a center of green chilies and top it off with a few black olives for garninsh.
9. Serve with lots of nacho chips. (Can place 1 row of nacho chips around bottom stuck part way into the refried beans for presentation.)
