5 c. popped corn
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. clear Karo syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Brin sugar, butter and Karo syrup to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly. Continue to boil for 10 - 12 minutes until mixture turns to a caramel color.

Pour over popcorn, stirring until each grain is coated.

Let stand 5 - 10 minutes to cool.
