4 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cook and serve vanilla pudding
mix (not instant mix)
1 c. instant rice
1 egg, beaten (I use organic, cage- free eggs)
1/4 tsp. real vanilla
2 T. raisins or 2 T. chopped pecans (opt.)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a heavy saucepan, or in a double boiler, combine milk, pudding, rice, egg and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat and cook about
5 minutes, stir as needed. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve warm or chilled.
