15 baby red potatos
1 lb. bacon
1 yellow onion
2 c. sauerkraut
4 or 5 brauts
1 can of Ale

Directions:
Directions:
Half or quarter potatos and bring to a boil; boil approximately 15 to 20 minutes; drain.

Boil brauts in ale until condensed into a glaze. Chop up brauts.

Fry bacon and chopped onion and add saurkraut; do not drain;

Mix all ingredients together and serve warm.
