1 bag (2 pounds) frozen hash browns
2 cans cream of celery soup (or 1 each of cream of celery and cream of chicken)
8 + ounces sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
butter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, and cheese in a large bowl and mix well. Put mixture in a 13 X 9 pan and add several pats of butter on top. Bake at 325 º for 1 hour.
