1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Dash ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla & nutmeg and beat well. Beat till well mixed but not foamy.

Place 4 (6 oz) custard cups in an 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish on an oven rack. Pour egg mixture into custard cups. Pour boiling water into baking dish to a depth of 1 inch, Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or till knife inserted in centers comes out clean.
