1 cup flour
3/4 stick butter
1/2 cup pecans
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip

Any flavor large instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
1st layer: Mix flour, butter and pecans. Press into 9 x 13 dish. Bake 15-20 minutes @ 350ºF. Let cool completely before adding second layer.

2nd layer: Fold together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread on first layer.

3rd layer: Mix instant pudding according to directions on package and spread on second layer.

4th layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip

Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Chocolate pudding, of course, is our favorite. Can also be made using lemon ice box filling.
