1 (8-oz.) carton Fat Free or Low Fat Cool Whip (keep fat as one of the first three ingredients)
4 c. 1% or Skim Chocolate Milk
1 (14-oz.) can Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
IMPORTANT NOTE
One of the three ingredients must keep the fat.

Combine all ingredients and put into your ice cream freezer. Run about 20 minutes.
