Meatballs:
4 Eggs
1 lb. Italian Sausage (hot)
1 lb. Regular Sausage
1 lb. Polish Sausage
3-5 lb. Lean Ground Beef
Spicy Mexican Seasoning
Onions, chopped
Green Onions, sliced
Red Pepper, Chopped
Green Pepper, chopped

Chinese Sweet & Sour Sauce
4 C. Vinegar
2 C. Brown Sugar
4 8 oz. Cans of Tomato Sauce
4 6 oz. Cans Pineapple Juice
2 tbsp. Ginger
Corn Starch to thicken

Directions:

Meatballs:
Mix all ingredients well and form medium size meatballs. Place balls on a rack under moderate heat to cook out as much grease as possible. Turn at 20-30 minutes.

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients together and serve over meatballs.

This makes quite a bit, but the meatballs can be frozen for future easy use.
