1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in medium mixing bowl
Mix in vanilla and eggs
Sift flour and baking powder into butter and egg mixture
Thinly roll out dough on a lightly floured surface and cut as desired
Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray
Place on cookie sheet 1 ½ inches apart
Bake on cookie sheet at 350, 5 – 10 minutes until brown
