1 1lb can creamed corn
1 C milk
1 beaten egg
1 C cracker crumbs
1/4 C minced onion
3 T chopped pimiento
3/4 t salt
dash pepper
1/2 C buttered cracker crumbs

Directions:

Mix corn with milk and stir in egg. Add next 5 ingred. Mix well and pour into 8 inch round or square baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
