1- 15-ounce cans black beans, drained well
6 green onions, finely chopped
1/8 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 large garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeņo chili
1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 egg white
1/4 C. Corn, optional.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mash beans with a fork. Stir in the egg white, onions, Garlic, Jalapeņo, 1/4 cup cilantro, chili powder, and cumin. Stir in the corn. Shape into 2 - 4 patties. In a medium sized skillet add 2 cups of vegetable oil and heat on medium high. Once oil is hot place patties in the oil cooking until each side is crisp and a nice golden brown.
