2 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
8 oz. Spaghetti, boiled & drained
4 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. black pepper
1 stick butter, divided
1 tube Ritz© crackers, crushed
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped chicken, sour cream, soup, lemon juice, and pepper. Stir in 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese. Toss hot noodles with 1/2 stick of butter. Pour into 8X8" pan. Top with chicken mixture. Add 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese to the top. Mix crushed crackers with remaining melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and crackers are browned.
