4 white fish filets (approx. 6 oz. each)
1 c. coarsely crushed Cheez-it crackers
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. In a pie plate, mix 2 Tbsp. of the butter, lemon juice and chili powder. Put crackers in a separate pie plate or spread on wax paper. Dip fish in butter mixture, then coat with crackers and place in baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until flakey.
