bone-in rack of pork spare ribs
salt
pepper
onion, sliced
lemon, sliced
Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Night before:
1.Place bone-in rack of pork spare ribs in a big roaster pan.
2. Salt and pepper each side of meat.
3. Add 1/4 C water to bottom of roaster pan.
4. Cover top of ribs with onion slices and lemon slices.
5. Cover and bake all night at 175 degrees (6-8 hours)

Next Morning:
1. Take roaster pan out and let meat cool slightly.
2. Scrape onions and lemons off meat and discard.
3. Cut sections of ribs apart between bones for serving sizes.
4. In another container, put a layer of Sweet Baby Rays' sauce in bottom.
5. Lay each rib on top and baste with more sauce.
6. Cover and refrigerate until 1/2 hr before dinner.

Before Dinner:
1. Carefully lay each rib on hot grill.
2. Baste with more Sweet Baby Rays sauce.
3. Heat through on both sides. Serve!!
