1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 cup water
1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 can undrained kidney beans
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 envelope taco seasoning
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 bag plain corn chips

Brown ground beef and onions, drain. Return beef to skillet and add remaining ingredients (except cheese). Simmer for 10 minutes. Put soup in individual bowls. Top with grated cheese and broken corn chips.
