1 Whole Chicken
2 Bay Leaves
Onion
Carrots
Chicken Bouillon Granules
College Inn Chicken Broth
1 Bag Kluski Noodles
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken, onion, bay leaves, salt, and pepper for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. (Meat should fall off bone.)
2. Remove chicken. De-bone, de-skin, and cut meat into small pieces.
3. Put cut pieces back into broth; throw out bay leaves.
4. To increase flavor of broth if necessary add bouillon &/or College Inn broth.
5. Bring to boil.
6. Add chopped carrots and kluski noodles.
7. Boil for 20 minutes.
