2 thick pre-made pizza crusts
Parmesan cheese
shredded lettuce

Dressing:
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
1 minced garlic clove
2 Tbsp basil
1/2 C olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano

Filling:
1/4 lb Genoa salami slices
1/4 lb proscuitto ham slices
1/4 lb capicola ham slices
1/4 lb pepperoni slices
1/2 lb provolone cheese
1/2 small onion thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crust: Season/butter one side of each crust with olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese.
2. Layer fillings onto one crust.
3. Whisk together the dressing and drizzle on top of filling.
4. Bake in 450 oven on a hot greased cookie sheet till cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
5. Put top crust into oven separately on another cookie sheet and bake it till hot and crispy .
6. Assembly: Layer shredded lettuce over fillings and can add mayonnaise if desired on under side of top crust. Place top crust on lettuce.
7. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.

This makes a lot and the left over ingredients could probably make you a whole other wedgie. You may want to buy 2 extra crusts for using up the left over fillings.
