Crust:
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Crisco shortening
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
2 3/4 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Cream of Tartar
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
OR
1 refrigerator sugar cookie package. Follow directions on pkg and pat it out into sheet pan for the crust. Bake as per pkg instructions.

Filling:
8 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Fruit:
Bananas - Sliced
Grapes - Halved, Seedless
Kiwi - Sliced
Strawberries - Sliced
Mandarin Oranges - Drained & Blotted
Peaches -sliced

Glaze:
1 Cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Cup Juice (can use lemon juice, orange juice, strawberry juices, or any juice mixture you wish)
few drops of red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix crust ingredients together and pat into a greased 9x13 cake pan / cookie sheet.
2. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes.
3. Let crust cool.
4. Beat filling ingredients together. Spread over cooled crust.
5. Arrange fruit over filling.
6. Mix all glaze ingredients in a sauce pan. (Red food coloring can be added.)
7. Heat glaze until thickened. (Stirring constantly.)
8. Spread glaze over fruit.
9. Chill.
