4 pork chops, 3/4" thick
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1/3 c. finely chopped carrot
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
4 tsp flour
1/2 tsp thyme
1 cube beef bouillon
1 1/3 c. milk
4 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook chops in margarine or butter over medium heat for 5 minutes. turn chops and add carrot. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes more or until no pink remains. remove chops, reserving drippings and carrots.

For sauce, stir parsley, flour, thyme, bouillon and 1/4 tsp. pepper into drippings and carrot. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in water. return chops to skillet and heat through. To serve, spoon sauce over chops.
