1 l b ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
8 ox tomato sauce
1/8 tsp oregano
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
¼ tsp pepper
4 eggs beaten individually
1 ¾ cups milk
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup macaroni cooked and drained

Directions:

Cook meat, onion and garlic in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, salt and cinnamon. Bring to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in meat mixture into one of the eggs and set aside.

In saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour and pepper. Add 1 ½ cups of milk at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 more minute. Gradually stir sauce into 2 of the eggs then stir in half of the cheese. Toss macaroni with the remaining egg, milk and cheese.

In 8 x8 x 2 inch baking dish, add half the macaroni, all of the meat, remaining macaroni and all of sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or till set. Let stand 5 minutes
