Wood skewers (soaked in water)

1 ½ chili powder
2 tsp. curry powder
1/8 c salt
½ c grated onion
2 large cloves of garlic (minced or pressed)
1 C lemon juice
3 or 4 lemon slices
1 C white wine
1 1/3 c olive oil
8 pounds leg of lamb
Onions and Peppers

Directions:

Cube lamb, onion and Peppers, marinate for 12-24 hours.
Put on skewers and BBQ
