2 cans green chilies (whole)
2 c milk
2 eggs
8 oz. Monterey jack cheese
½ c flour
Salt to taste

Other version:
2 can green chilies
8 oz cheese
1 c bisquick
1 t. salt
3 eggs
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Version 1
Layer chilies in baking dish. Blend ½ c milk, flour, add eggs and rest of milk. Cover with cheese. Pour over cheese and chili. Bake at 350 at 1 hour. Oven will set. Let stand before serving

Version 2
Butter casserole. Lay chili in baking dish. Cover with cheese. Mix other ingredients and pour over. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
