¼ cup apple cider or juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 shallots sliced
3 sprigs fresh thyme
1 tsp whole allspice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, whisk together apple cider, vinegar, shallots, thyme, allspice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.

Use ½ cup marinade for every 4 servings boneless (1 lb) or bone-in (1 ½ lb) meat or poultry or fish (1 lb)

Cover and refrigerate fish and seafood in marinade for no more than 30 minutes. Marinate meat and poultry for 6 hours or for up to 24 hours.
