½ cup warm water
1 tbsp gluten free yeast
1 tsp sugar

¾ cup milk at room temperature
¼ cup oil
1 cup potato starch
1 cup cornstarch
½ cyp garbanzo bean flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp xanthan gum
Rice flour
Melted butter
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, yeast & sugar. Let rise 10 minutes. Mix together potato starch, cornstarch, bean flour, salt, baking powder & gum. Add milk & oil & beat with mixer 4 minutes on high. Turn out onto lightly floured board . Dust dough with rice flour and roll into greased 13 x 13 square. Spread softened margarine over rolled batter. Then cover with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up batter carefully & cut 1 ½ long slices. Place them into the pan. Let rise in warm place until doubled. LETTING THESE ROLLS RISE IS VERY IMPORTANT. Brush the rolls with melted butter & bake 20 minutes. Test with cake tester & ensure it comes out clean. Cook longer if needed.
