2 large eggs
½ cup sugar
¼ cup cooking oil
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup milk
1 cup mashed banana

1 ¼ cups rice flour
½ cup potato starch
¼ cup tapioca flour
1 tsp cocoa
1 tbsp GF baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in medium bowl. Add next 6 ingredients. Beat well. Mixture will be curdly.

Add remaining ingredients and beat to mix. Put in greased loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Inserted wooden pick should come out clean.
