1/2 c. Hagen Daz Vanilla Ice Cream
8 Egg Yolks
2 - 3 c. Rice
Ground Cinnamon

Put a pot into another pot half full of water. Cook until spoon stands straight up. Put in tray. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cousin Chris wrote like you knew what you were doing.
It really said, "1/2 pot of water. put another pot into pot of water..."which is really just a double boiler but who has one of those these days. I would start all ingredients at room temperature and keep whisking until desired thickness.
