2 lbs ground beef
8 green onions chopped (bulb&stem)
1 bunch of fresh cilantro chopped
3 Jalapeņo peppers chopped
3 tbsp. Gram Marsala (I use McCormicks)
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (more if you like real hot)
1 tsp. ground cumin seed
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. black pepper

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef and all the chopped vegetables. Add remaining ingredients mix all together very well, being sure to get the spices well blended into the beef. With your hands, take a palm sized amount of beef mixture (approx. 3 oz.) and roll meat into a log shaped kabobs. Place kabobs on foiled cookie sheet and broil on medium for 8-10 minutes turning once half way through. Serve hot with ketchup or other favorite dipping sauce such as a spicy chuntey.

My friend Blake Phillips from Detroit loves these so much he can almost eat the entire batch himself! They are a great crowd pleaser and easy to serve as a passed appetizer. Makes for a nice main course too!
