1 5 lb bag of Yukon Gold Potatoes
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz ea.) - room temp.
1 cube butter - room temp.
1 qt. container sour cream
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1 pint half and half

2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

350º oven

Boil potatoes until fork tender 20 to 30 minutes, smash them into small chunks and let cool.

Mix butter, cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning into potato's. Loosen mixture with cream and half and half. Only use enough to soften potatoes, do not make them runny.

Refrigerate over night.

Fold out into baking dish, put into 350º oven - bake for about 45 minutes or until warmed through.
