1 lb. spaghetti
4 slices bacon, cut into 1" strips
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced garlic
1-2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1-2 Tbsp. red onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large egg
1/4 - 1/2 cup grated Parmigianino

Directions:
Directions:
Bring a large heavy pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water. Return noodles to plot. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crisp. Add the garlic, onion, pepper, and salt and cook, stirring, until garlic is soft but not brown. Remove pan from heat and add egg and water stirring quickly so egg doesn't scramble. Sprinkle cheese to taste.
