2 pints of fresh strawberries washed and hulled, but left whole.
1/2 cup powder sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp.. almond extract
2 tbsp. conintreau or grand marnier

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, stir lightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. In a cold bowl, whip cream to soft peaks, add flavorings, continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Fold in strawberries and serve immediately.
