Tobasco

2 oz. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Chili Sauce
2-3 tbsp. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onions to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut rack of ribs into three sections. Layer onions and ribs in cooker, starting and ending with the onions. Pour BBQ sauce and a small amount of liquid smoke, Worcestershire Sauce, green chilies and Tobasco over ribs and onions. Add salt, pepper and essence. Cook for about 6 hours in the crock pot, adding more spices and tobasco to taste. Take them out before the meat falls off the bone!

Remove ribs and onions from pot and place on a foil lined cooking sheet.

Stir together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, chili sauce and brown sugar in a bowl. Make sure the brown sugar gets mixed in well. You may want to add a titch of oil to the mix. Brush the glaze over the ribs generously. Stick them under the broiler for about 10-15 minutes until the glaze has carmelized. Let them cool for a bit before diving in!
