6 oz of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 T butter
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ C nuts (finely chopped)
¼ tsp. peppermint extract
1 ¼ c heavy cream (whipped and sweentened)
½ lb. or 32 large Marshmellows
¾ c milk
Few drops green food coloring

Directions:
Shell: Line a 9” pie pan with foil. Melt chips and butter over hot water (double broiler) until melted. Stir until smooth. Sitr in nuts. Spread evenly on bottom and side. (not over rim) Chill until firm. Lift out of pan and peel off foil. Return to pan.

Filling: Melt marshmellows, milk and salt over hot water (double broiler). Cool and add peppermint extract and food coloring and stir until blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into shell. Chill several hours or overnight.
