40 saltine crackers
1 c brown sugar
1 c butter

Topping:
6 oz chocolate chips
1 c nuts ( finely chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Layer crackers on greased 10 x 15 baking pan. Combine butter and sugar in saucepan. Boil for 3 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers and bake at 350 for 5 min. sprinkle chocolate chips over crackers as soon as you remove them from oven. Next sprinkler nuts on top. Cool, break into serving pieces.
