8 slices of bread
16 eggs
2 lbs link sausage
1 cup mushrooms stems and pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1 stick of butter
1 9x13 pan

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust off bread; butter both sides and layer in casserole dish sprayed with pam. Cook sausage and cut into thirds. Mix eggs with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup mushroom stems and pieces and 3/4 cup of milk. Poor mixture over bread and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes.
