4 individual portions of haddock.
1-1/2 sleeves of ritz wheat crackers
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 C onion diced
2 Cloves fresh garlic
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/4 C. celery
1/4 C. carrots, shredded
6 medium shrimp- deveined and diced
1/2 C. crabmeat (imitation is fine) shredded
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
at least 1/2 C. water, add more if needed to get desired consistency.

Preheat oven to 375º melt butter, and saute onions, carrots, celery, and garlic. Add in diced shrimp and cook until shrimp is fully cooked. Add in crabmeat (this should be fully cooked), and dill. Crush up the wheat crackers and add to mixture. stir, and add in the sugar and lemon juice. stir again and add water until the mixture becomes a moist stuffing. Pile up on top of the haddock. bake about 25-30 minutes.
