1 C Chopped Walnuts (or Pecans)
1 Pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1 Pkg Instant French Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
1/2 C Buttermilk
1/2 C Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Rum-flavored Extract
2 Tsp Poppy Seed (optional)*

*Glaze:
4 Tbsp Butter
1/4 C Water
1 C Sugar
2 Tsp Rum-flavored Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. Mix rest of ingredients together. Pour batter over nuts. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Cool for 10 min, then invert onto serving plate. Using a fork prick hole in top of cake. Let Cool Completely.

Glaze: Melt butter in saucepan,stir in water and sugar. Boil for 5 min stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add flavoring. Drizzle and smooth glaze evenly over top and sides. Allow cake to absorb glaze. Use all glaze.
