3 T BUTTER (not margarine)
8 oz HEAVY CREAM
1/4 tsp CAJUN SEASONING
1/4 tsp JALAPENO POWDER (or CAYENNE)
2 T ROUX MIX (dry instant)
1/4 T BLACKENING SEASONING
1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER
1/4 tsp PAPRIKA
1 (6oz can) CRABMEAT (drained)
1 (8oz can) OYSTERS
8 oz CRAWFISH TAIL MEAT

Directions:

Melt Butter in a Med Skillet until it starts to Brown

Add Cream & Stir until Bubbling

Add remaining ingredients stirring in between

Reduce Heat & simmer uncovered for 30 min stirring occasionally
