1 packet yeast
1 cup warm water
1 cup shortening
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water together, let sit while you beat sugar with shortening, then add egg and continue to beat. Add yeast mixture and beat more to a reasonable consistency. add flour board and knead until smooth. Put in bowl, cover with saran wrap and put in refrigerator overnight. Lightly butter dough and roll into walnut size balls, put 3 in each cup and let rise. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm

My friend Judy Absher always makes these rolls on Easter Sunday. It has been a tradition for our family to have Easter dinner with the Abshers and these rolls are a family favorite. Your gonna love them!
